Hospice of the Foothills is located in Grass Valley at 12399 Nevada City Highway. We share a building with Meeks, just above the Brunswick basin (Albertsons) shopping center. The parking lot and entrance (to our second floor offices) is on the opposite side of Meeks main entrance.
Our office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
